Mushroom Tea...

 I read about Kombucha tea in Mary Jane's Farm Magazine, it sounded interesting so I figured I would give it a try.  I picked some up at natural food market that I just found in my area...fantastic selection of good btw.  I tried Original flavor as well as the Cosmic Cranberry of GTs Organic Raw Kombucha. I really liked it! It had a slight vinegar tang but not overpowering. The cranberry was definitely sweeter but the original reminded me of hard cider.  Fiance said it tasted like skunky beer but when he added some juice he liked it.  I wouldn't mind drinking it more often if the price wasn't so high!  MJF mag said that you can brew it yourself but I wonder how well that works. I think I'm going to have to do some research...
